In Transylvania, a vampire scientist and his oafish assistant want a brain to transplant into a robot, and when Inspector Clouseau arrives at their castle asking for directions, they decide to use his brain. Clouseau flees, and they chase him around the countryside.

During his trip to the castle, he meets Marissa, a gorgeous rock star and heir to the castle's fortune. There they must confront the only other heir to the fortune and the book, Uncle Byron; and Uncle Byron and his 3 adopted nieces all have very, very, very broad smile.

The show is broadcast live from Bremen, the former Private Theater in Copenhagen, and is followed by Casper Christensen's talk show ALOHA! sent from the same place. Live from Bremen is inspired by the American sketch and satire show Saturday Night Live.
